Job Description & How to Apply BelowPosition:  R&D Region Sr Engineer (temporal)PropósitoPrincipal:Desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos de innovación, mantenimiento de marca y productividad para la categoría de productos horneados (Galletas y Crackers) mediante la formulación y experimentación a nivel laboratorio, planta piloto e industrial. El alcance de este rol es regional en Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos.Responsabilidades:Desarrollar proyectos de innovación, así como iniciativas de mantenimiento de marca y productividad acorde a líneas de tiempo.Diseño y ejecución de experimentación de formulaciones a nivel laboratorio, planta piloto e industrial utilizando conocimientos en química de alimentos, funcionalidad de ingredientes y operaciones unitarias de horneo.Responsable de colaborar con áreas de seguridad alimentaria, regulatorio, sensorial y nutrición para aseguramiento del cumplimiento de las normas y estándares de calidad.Generación de documentación técnica y carga en sistemas acorde a los requerimientos de las áreas funcionales.Contacto con proveedores externos para la selección de nuevos ingredientes y tecnologías.Experiencia/Habilidades Requeridas:EducaciónLicenciatura / Ingeniería en Alimentos, Química o Afín (indispensable)Experiencia profesionalIndispensable 1-2 años de experiencia en el desarrollo y/o Producción de Alimentos.Deseable experiencia en Investigación y desarrollo de productos horneados -Galletas, Pan, Cereales y/o Barras.HabilidadesPerfil personal: Enfocado a resultados, analítico, liderazgo, proactivo, ágil, pensamiento estratégico, trabajo en equipo, flexible y capaz de trabajar de forma efectiva bajo presión.Habilidad de comunicación efectiva en inglés y español.Certificaciones / Cualificaciones / LicenciasPlataformas de Colaboración Digital (ejemplo Microsoft teams, zoom)Herramientas EstadísticasSAP (deseable)Base de datos de cálculos nutrimentales (deseable)IdiomasEspañol 100% indispensableInglés 100% indispensableUbicación de la posiciónBasado en Apodaca, NL (Centro de Investigación PepsiCo)50% de disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacionalmente (USA) **
